We are building an AI driven model that prices sports betting markets and finds where the market is wrong, and we are offering a four week internship to work on it through the two biggest events of the summer, the World Cup and Royal Ascot, betting live as we go. This is a serious, hands on internship, not a watching brief, and it starts straight away.
What you will be working on
- Working directly with our Principal AI Architect and our AI engineers to refine the model for the World Cup and Royal Ascot in real time.
- Helping decide what we build and bet, pointing us at where the books are mispriced and why.
- Identifying which markets and which same game combinations carry the real edge.
- Telling us what data we need to price them, and helping prove we are beating the market rather than matching it.
- Sitting between the betting knowledge and the model, sharpening it game by game and race by race.
- Learning a huge amount, fast, at the heart of a live build.
Who you are
- You know betting markets inside out, both football and horse racing.
- You are exceptionally quantitative; probability, modelling, expected value and calibration are second nature.
- A strong degree, or studying toward one, in a highly numerate subject, with an outstanding academic record.
- Some way to show your edge is real, not theoretical, such as a documented profit and loss or a strong sports modelling project.
- Comfortable with data and working next to engineers; some Python is a plus.
- Fast, precise, and excited to work on something genuinely new.
The terms
- Starts Tuesday 16 June 2026.
- Four weeks, five days a week, 9am to 6pm, on site at our office in Knightsbridge, London.
- £2,000 for the internship, working directly with the founder on a live, fast moving build.
