The Role
We are looking for a results-focused and proactive team member to engage with our existing landlord database. This role is key to unlocking opportunities across our services by identifying client needs, building rapport, and helping guide them to the right service—whether it's Guaranteed Rent, property management, maintenance, or sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with warm contacts in our database via phone, email and CRM workflows
- Identify current or future needs across eviction support, management, or sales services
- Book discovery meetings for the sales team with qualified leads
- Maintain accurate notes and updates within HubSpot CRM
- Assist in nurturing existing property management clients and identifying cross-service solutions
- Respond to client support queries (especially around eviction and property portfolio services)
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing and admin teams to deliver seamless follow-up
- Ensure client interactions reflect Lebern's professional and values-based culture
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills—confident on the phone and clear in writing
- Professional, calm, and empathetic approach when dealing with clients
- Experience with HubSpot, property CRM systems or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to spot opportunities and take initiative
