Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end digital launch of new Travel eSIM markets, including planning, activation, and post-launch optimisation.
- Own day-to-day performance and operations for all live markets, ensuring strong commercial results and stable digital execution.
- Oversee all digital acquisition channels, including Google channels, paid social, search, programmatic, and affiliates — working closely with our digital agency.
- Ensure campaigns are always optimised for CPA, ROI, and conversion rate targets.
- Own the full online customer journey across web and app, ensuring content, product descriptions, landing pages, and messaging are always accurate and market appropriate.
- Work with design and content teams to deliver high converting, localised, and user-friendly content.
- Partner with the Product team to roll out new features, enhancements, and customer journeys across markets.
- Support A/B tests and experiments to validate improvements.
- Track market-level KPIs and build weekly/monthly dashboards to drive transparency and decisions.
- Lead annual and quarterly digital budget planning for all markets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in digital performance marketing, online operations, or growth roles — ideally in telecom, travel, or a digital-first business.
- Comfortable managing multiple markets, channels, and partners at the same time.
- Strong understanding of paid media, conversion rate optimisation, analytics tools, and online consumer behaviour.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions.
- Commercial and growth mindset.
- Experience in telecoms, travel, or scaling app-based/digital subscription products.
- Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, UX optimisation, and localisation for international markets.
- Ability to build business cases, forecast performance, and manage digital budgets.
- Familiarity with using CMS tools and collaboration with Product/Tech teams.
