We are seeking a hands‑on, high‑energy individual to lead our kitchen team and ensure our express line operates seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Signature Dish Excellence: Oversee the daily marination, flawless grilling, and consistent quality of our signature Half BBQ Chicken and Rice.
- Kitchen Leadership: Train, motivate, and lead a fast‑paced line cook team, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service without compromising quality.
- Operational Management: Efficiently manage inventory, optimize daily prep cycles, control food costs, and minimize waste.
- Hygiene & Safety: Uphold and maintain a spotless kitchen environment, strictly adhering to all health and safety standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef, preferably within a busy grill, Middle Eastern, or fast‑casual kitchen setting.
- Grill Mastery: Proven confidence in managing high-volume grilling (both charcoal and gas) and large-scale chicken preparation.
- Pace & Pressure: Demonstrated ability to thrive and perform exceptionally under pressure in a high-volume, ‘express’ dining environment.
