The Opportunity
Leavitt Machinery is looking for a motivated Inbound eCommerce Sales Representative to join our team in Surrey, British Columbia. In this role, you will be responsible for inbound sales and managing our e-commerce platform, TruPar.com.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing inbound sales leads received by phone, chat, and email requests
- Maintaining relationships with repeat customers
- Responding to form submissions and delivering accurate quotes to customers
- Guiding customers with identifying the correct parts and upselling where appropriate
- Collaborating with Customer Service Representatives and Account Executives
- Maintaining accurate information in the CRM
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of previous customer service experience
- Prior experience working with an ecommerce platform and/or CRM system is an asset
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
- Post-secondary education in a related field such as business administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Coachable and a willingness to continuously learn

The base pay for this role is: $45,000 annually plus uncapped commission. Total on-target earnings in the first year estimated at approximately $65,000. This is an onsite role based in Surrey, British Columbia.
