We are seeking a fixed-term Executive Assistant (internal name: Executive Business Support Specialist) to provide proactive, solutions-focused support to our client-facing team in London. This will be a full-time position from March 2026 to November 2026. Working alongside four existing team members, the successful candidate will liaise directly with clients and candidates to project-manage executive recruitment processes and ensure consistency of standards and processes.
What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
- Diary and travel management for our Partners and teams.
- Working with teams on complex candidate scheduling (including multiple candidates/clients and various time zones).
- Bespoke document creation and/or review of tailored documents.
- Ensuring our CRM system is updated with candidate and client information.

- 3-5 years' demonstrable experience in an office support role, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
