We are seeking a fixed-term Executive Assistant (internal name: This will be a full-time position from March 2026 to November 2026. Working alongside four existing team members, the successful candidate will liaise directly with clients and candidates to project-manage executive recruitment processes and ensure consistency of standards and processes.

  • Diary and travel management for our Partners and teams.
  • Bespoke document creation and/or review of tailored documents.
  • Ensuring our CRM system is updated with candidate and client information.

3-5 years' demonstrable experience in an office support role, preferably within a professional services environment.
