Role: Junior Ecommerce Manager
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00
Location: Stonehouse, GL10 3EZ (Hybrid 2-3 days in the office)

As our B2C distribution continues to grow, we’re looking for a commercially minded Junior Ecommerce Manager to join our Ecommerce team. You’ll play an important role in supporting the growth and performance of our key B2C websites. Working across Ecommerce, Sales, Marketing, IT and other key teams, you’ll help identify new opportunities, improve website performance and ensure our sites are trading as effectively and profitably as possible.
What does the Junior Ecommerce Manager role entail?
- Work in partnership with multi-functional teams to achieve growth goals and maximize site profitability.
- Identify sales opportunities within your market and customer base, building long and short-term objectives to improve and maximize new and existing opportunities.
- Analyse complex sales reports on a daily and weekly basis, support P&L reporting and sales forecasting.
- Support the day-to-day management of our B2C websites, optimizing performance, marketing, design, and product management while meeting deadlines and targets.
- Work alongside our other teams, key stakeholders, and customers to build strong and transparent relationships.
- Facilitate and support the digital and marketing calendar, both locally and globally, while defining a strategic plan to grow digital penetration and brand awareness.
What we're looking for in our Junior Ecommerce Manager?
- Strong project management skills to prioritise key actions and objectives in a dynamic environment with continuously changing demands.
- Someone who can understand the market, identify gaps and opportunities, and use this insight to drive positive change
- Previous experience in trading, particularly within digital marketing, PPC, SEO, and social merchandising, enabling you to implement innovative ecommerce strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across different teams
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and formulas
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Shopify is beneficial.
