We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our B2C team, helping plan, deliver, and optimise campaigns across multiple channels.
You’ll use both creative and analytical skills to shape content, track performance, and spot opportunities that drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
The ideal candidate is confident, collaborative, and hands-on—able to hit the ground running, manage their own workload, and take ownership of projects that make a real impact.
- As a Digital Marketing Executive, your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google and Meta to drive traffic, sales, and ROI.
- Monitor budgets, KPIs, and performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to maximise results.
- Produce clear reports and share insights and recommendations with the team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design, digital, and e-commerce teams to align campaigns across multiple channels, including email.
- Support and grow the affiliate marketing programme by onboarding publishers and tracking performance.
- Work closely with external agencies and contribute ideas and energy to team meetings.
- Keep campaigns fresh and competitive by staying on top of the latest digital marketing trends.
In addition, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (PPC and/or Paid Social)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Merchant Centre.
- A solid understanding of affiliate marketing and email campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various teams.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work across multiple clients/websites.
- Analytical mindset with a creative streak – you can crunch numbers but also write compelling ad copy.
- A proactive problem solver who spots opportunities and loves finding smart solutions.
- Passionate about e-commerce and excited by online retail.
