Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00

Location: Hardwicke, GL2 4PH – (Hybrid – 2-3 days in the office)

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and take ownership of the marketing activity across a portfolio of lifestyle brands, including BASE London, Sperry and Bearpaw. This is a great opportunity to work across a portfolio of established and growing lifestyle brands, with plenty of scope to make your mark.

What the Brand Marketing Manager role will involve:

  • Responsible for turning brand strategy into engaging, commercially effective marketing activity across the UK & EU.
  • Develop and deliver brand marketing plans for BASE London, Sperry and Bearpaw across DTC, dropship and wholesale channels, working closely with the wider teams to achieve agreed KPIs.
  • Lead brand activations and creative projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring all activity is aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage photoshoots and creative production, coordinating projects from initial brief and concept through to execution and final delivery.
  • Work closely with Sales and key retail partners to develop and deliver commercially focused trade marketing activity.
  • Drive digital and eCommerce marketing activity, ensuring brand plans are effectively executed across various platforms.
  • Lead social media, content and influencer activity managing content calendars and organic social activity.
  • Monitor performance, budgets and commercial impact, analysing campaign results and reporting against KPIs and ROI.

What are we looking for?

  • A hands-on role for a creative and commercially minded brand marketer.
  • Experience managing marketing strategies across ecommerce, dropship and wholesale channels.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced marketing team or agency environment.
  • Strong project management skills across multiple marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and solve problems.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • A genuine interest in lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and interpret data.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
