Leathermarket JMB is seeking a Service Charge Analyst within the Homeownership Team to oversee the accurate calculation, budgeting, and reporting of service charges across the organisation.
You will collaborate with Finance, Property Services and operations to ensure transparent cost allocation and compliance.
You will prepare service charge budgets and statements, support financial management of communal works, and act as a point of contact for leaseholders/tenants on charge queries.
