Your Graduate Journey Starts Here. This structured programme offers a unique opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in the Leasing industry. As a Commercial Graduate, you will experience 3 placements within the Leasys UK team. During these placements, you will be fully accountable for delivering results, both in day-to-day operational tasks and through contributing to key strategic projects. An opportunity to see your ideas come to life, making a real difference to the world of Leasys. Be prepared to grow both personally and professionally. This is a graduate‑first programme, built to develop long‑term capability, commercial confidence and future leaders – not to fill a short‑term role.

What You’ll Experience

• Rotations across 3 business areas but visibility of the end to end customer journey.
• A structured onboarding month, including team‑building and business exposure; such as Retailer visits and auction experience.
• A dedicated mentor and senior sponsor.
• Ongoing technical, behavioural and industry training.
• Ownership of a business improvement project.
• Increasing autonomy and responsibility as you progress.

The Graduate programme aims to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of Leasys by exposing you to both the customer service element of our business and our behind-the-scenes operations, with the opportunity to contribute to the growth & success of our organisation.

Your Development Journey

• Year 1 – Foundations - Build strong foundations through hands‑on experience, learning how Leasys operates and delivering your first business project.
• Year 2 – Growth & Strategy - Develop commercial and strategic capability, with broader exposure and increased responsibility.
• Year 3 – Leadership & Impact - Operate with greater autonomy, contribute to strategic decisions.

Are You the Right Fit?

You will:

• Have achieved, or expect to achieve, a minimum 2:1 in a business‑related degree.
• Hold Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• A full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential. If you do not drive, you must be comfortable commuting to our Coventry office.

You should have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong, collaborative, working relationships with employees and teams across the organisation and at all levels. You will need to be organised and good at absorbing information and analysing problems, above all with a creative mindset.

Important Information

This is a 3‑year fixed‑term programme. You must already have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme, as sponsorship is not available. You must be based within a 60‑mile radius of our Coventry hub (Pinley House), with flexibility to travel to our Slough hub as operationally required.
