New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading working capital solutions company in its search for a Business Development Manager â Commercial Vehicles, covering the UK and Western Europe.

The position has been created to capitalise on significant demand for Asset-as-a-Service and payâperâuse solutions, supporting companies seeking to finance working assets via innovative "TruckâasâaâService" (TaaS) programmes for ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) vehicles.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and lead acquisition and financing programmes for OEMs and large investmentâgrade businesses across Europe.
- Leverage an existing network of senior decisionâmakers within large truck operators (250+ fleets).
- Originate and structure largeâscale commercial vehicle finance transactions, managing endâtoâend relationship development.
- Negotiate highâvalue, complex contracts with senior procurement, treasury, and sales teams.
- Build strategic partnerships with major truck manufacturers, fleet operators, and investors.
- Identify new opportunities to position the company as a leader in vehicle finance innovation.
- Represent the company at European industry and procurement events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to deliver bespoke finance solutions aligned to client needs.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B asset finance or vehicle leasing within banks, captives, or OEMs.
- Proven expertise in commercial vehicle finance and structuring complex, highâvalue contracts.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills at Câsuite level.
- Demonstrated success working with large fleets and investmentâgrade corporate clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of representing the business at international level.
- Commercially strategic, selfâmotivated, and resultsâoriented.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing. You will also require relevant inâcountry experience, without which, your application will not be considered.
