New Leaf Search has partnered with a European organisation providing business-to-business lease finance for digital services in its search for a Business Development Manager.

Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits.

Location: UK, London / Home Counties (Hybrid).

The Role

This is a high-impact, new business role focused on originating and developing strategic partnerships within the technology and digital finance space. You will drive growth through a combination of your own network, partner ecosystem and targeted business development activity, structuring innovative asset finance and as-a-Service solutions for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate new business through strategic partnerships and direct client engagement
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients and technology partners
  • Structure and deliver asset finance, residual value and subscription-based solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers across target organisations
  • Identify cross-border and multi-asset opportunities
  • Deliver against revenue, margin and KPI targets
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in B2B solution selling, ideally within technology finance or asset finance
  • Strong new business focus with established corporate network
  • Experience structuring complex financing solutions
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience, including asset finance exposure

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing. You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
