Our client is a long‑established broker and lender, issuing over £100 m a year. They are recruiting new business development managers who can drive new name‑partner or directly‑driven asset finance business, focusing on soft or hard assets or both.

This is a brand‑new business role with no existing customers; you will be expected to bring a portfolio of contacts and then win new ones.

The role offers a superb back‑office service, access to a broad range of funders (HP, finance lease, operating lease, loans) and ancillary products (invoice finance, commercial mortgages) to provide a full solution to clients.

High performers can earn over £250 k a year.

Candidate Profile

Based in the UK, preference for South England or Greater London (location is secondary to skill set). Proven asset‑finance high achiever capable of demonstrating commission statements, P60s, etc. Willing and able to discuss current customers and target prospects for the role.
