New Leaf Search has partnered with a payment solutions and specialist provider of end-to-end technology services in its search for a Senior European Programme Manager, OE Captive.
Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. UK, London (Hybrid).
Key Accountabilities- Develop and scale finance solutions across the Northern Europe region (UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium)
- Drive finance penetration across print, workplace (AV & lockers) and IT portfolios
- Embed as-a-Service, managed service and annuity-led funding models across operating companies and acquisitions
- Educate and support local sales teams on leasing, TCO and cash vs lease propositions
- Increase captive funding utilisation and manage approved third-party funders where required
- Support deal structuring, pricing and presentation for single and multi-country transactions
- Integrate captive finance into bid processes and RFP activity
- Track performance, pipeline activity and finance penetration, feeding insight into proposition development
- European and/or global experience within captive or vendor finance (sales / programme / business development)
- Strong understanding of leasing operations end-to-end, including origination, pay-out and lifecycle management
- Proven ability to structure, price and present complex finance solutions
- Experience educating sales teams and embedding aaS and consumption models
- Commercially astute with strong numerical, analytical and risk awareness
- Confident influencing stakeholders across multi-cultural, matrix environments
- Strategic yet hands-on, able to operate in a fast-paced, evolving organisation
