Description
K3571 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a payment solutions and specialist provider of end-to-end technology services in its search for a European Business Development Manager, IT Captive. Excellent salary, plus bonus and benefits. UK, London (Hybrid).
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and scale finance solutions across IT, Cloud and Cyber portfolios on a pan-European basis
- Drive finance penetration, volume and profitability across vendor and acquired business channels
- Build and embed as-a-Service, DaaS and consumption-based funding models
- Partner with sales, portfolio, bid and strategic alliance teams to support local and multi-country opportunities
- Structure and price complex transactions, including use of approved third-party funders where required
- Educate stakeholders on cash vs lease, TCO and annuity-led sales models
- Track performance, pipeline activity and funding penetration, feeding insight into proposition development
Person Specification
- European and/or global experience within captive or vendor finance (sales / business development)
- Strong background in IT leasing, aaS and consumption-based models
- Proven ability to structure, price and present complex funding solutions
- Experience supporting multi-country propositions and international accounts
- Commercially astute with strong stakeholder, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strategic yet hands-on, able to operate in a fast-moving, matrix environment
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in captive or vendor finance within technology markets
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing. You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
