Our client is a long‑established broker and lender, issuing over £100 m a year. They are recruiting new business development managers who can drive new name‑partner or directly‑driven asset finance business, focusing on soft or hard assets or both. This is a brand‑new business role with no existing customers; you will be expected to bring a portfolio of contacts and then win new ones. The role offers a superb back‑office service, access to a broad range of funders (HP, finance lease, operating lease, loans) and ancillary products (invoice finance, commercial mortgages) to provide a full solution to clients. High performers can earn over £250 k a year.

Candidate Profile

  • Based in the UK, preference for South England or Greater London (location is secondary to skill set).
  • Proven asset‑finance high achiever capable of demonstrating commission statements, P60s, etc.
