About Us: We’re a family-run business based in Walkden with over 35 years of experience in vehicle leasing. In the last few years, we’ve grown tremendously, reaching a team of nearly 100 amazing colleagues—and we’re still expanding!

About The Role: You will be the friendly voice of our business, helping customers at every stage of their vehicle delivery process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Arranging and checking customer documentation
  • Handling customer queries via phone, email and live chat
  • Providing updates on vehicle deliveries
  • Liaising with vehicle suppliers, funders, and logistics teams
