The Sales Manager will lead a team responsible for generating new business and expanding existing customers across the Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), cloud hosting, and hybrid infrastructure portfolio. The role focuses on building a scalable sales engine targeting enterprises, SaaS companies, AI workloads, and digital-native businesses. The successful candidate will develop and execute a sales strategy, build pipeline, coach sales teams, and drive predictable revenue growth.
Sales Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Business Development Managers and Internal sales.
- Create a high-performance culture focused on new business generation and revenue growth.
- Provide coaching on complex cloud infrastructure sales cycles.
- Implement best-practice sales processes and methodologies.
Revenue Growth:
- Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets across IaaS, GPU cloud, and hosting services.
- Build a strong new business pipeline within target verticals including SaaS, AI, fintech, and digital platforms.
- Drive large enterprise cloud migration opportunities.
- Identify strategic accounts and expand multi-year infrastructure contracts.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Define the go-to-market strategy for the company’s cloud infrastructure portfolio.
- Implement account-based selling strategies for high-value prospects.
- Build repeatable sales plays around key workloads such as: AI and machine learning infrastructure, SaaS platform hosting, High-performance compute, Hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Customer & Market Engagement:
- Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and technology leaders.
- Position the company as a strategic infrastructure partner.
- Work closely with technical architects to deliver solution-led sales.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years experience in technology sales with at least 2 years in sales leadership.
- Proven success selling: Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Cloud hosting, Managed cloud services, Data centre or colocation services.
- Track record of delivering significant new business revenue.
- Strategic sales leadership.
- Pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline.
- Strong technical literacy in cloud and infrastructure.
- Commercially driven with a strong growth mindset.
- Strong communicator and team motivator.
