Ayvens is seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance professional to advise and enable 1LOD Non-Financial Risk across divisions. You will lead the Consumer Duty Outcome Testing framework, define KPIs, monitor outcomes and work with the Consumer Duty Forum to implement effective risk controls.
You will act as a risk partner to senior leaders, shaping risk strategy, challenging management, and driving proactive mitigation plans while building a strong risk culture across Ayvens UK.
