You’ll bring:
- Significant HR Business Partner or Strategic People Partner experience within a complex organisation.
- A proven track record of influencing executive and senior leaders on workforce, organisational and cultural priorities.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect people strategy with business outcomes.
- Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent and succession strategies.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation and change programmes.
- Advanced consulting and diagnostic skills with the ability to identify root causes and deliver impactful solutions.
- Strong analytical capability and experience using workforce data and insights to drive decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- A sound understanding of employment law, governance and organisational risk.
