About The Role
We\’re looking for a passionate and proactive PR Executive to join our Communications, Digital & Sustainability team on a 12‑month FTC. In this role, you\’ll support our Senior PR Managers and collaborate with colleagues across the business to help deliver engaging Corporate and Sustainability PR, Brand PR, and digital programmes. Your work will help raise awareness of Ferrero and its brands, while also strengthening and protecting our corporate reputation.
You’ll be involved in external communications and media relations, contributing to both reactive and proactive strategies across corporate, brand, and trade channels. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys storytelling, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is eager to grow their career in PR and communications.
Main Responsibilities
As the new PR Executive in Communications, Digital & Sustainability (FTC 12 Months), you will play a key role in supporting campaigns and content creation. This includes helping to develop insights through competitor analysis and media landscape reviews, assisting in the execution of our corporate brand strategy, and contributing to digital communications and media engagement. You will help create content and assets for both print and digital use, support our corporate social media channels, and work with agencies to brief and review social content.
As part of this role, you will be involved in updating and optimising our UK corporate website, supporting sustainability communication campaigns, and helping deliver CSR programmes like Joy of Moving and our Chester Zoo partnership. You\’ll assist with the consumer press office, brand events, and activations, and contribute to post‑campaign analysis to help us continuously improve.
On a day‑to‑day basis, you\’ll draft and review press releases, website copy, and other external communications. You\’ll work closely with teams across marketing, sales, customer development, and public affairs to support campaign planning and delivery. You\’ll help manage media enquiries, provide administrative support for the PR team, and ensure our media positions and Q&As are up to date.
You will also take the lead on monitoring and reporting, producing daily and weekly media coverage reports, sharing updates on emerging media trends, and preparing campaign evaluation reports. You\’ll be responsible for updating internal team meeting slides and ensuring our agencies are aligned with key business search terms.
About You
We\’re looking for someone who\’s proactive, organised, and excited to grow in a fast‑paced, supportive environment. If you have experience in PR or communications—ideally in an FMCG setting—we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll need strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Experience in media relations, sustainability, or CSR is a plus. If you\’re confident using PowerPoint, discreet with sensitive information, and committed to delivering high‑quality work, you\’ll fit right in.
