National Account Manager - Booker

As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Booker confectionery relationship, supported by a National Account Executive. You’ll drive negotiations, business planning and customer engagement strategies, working closely with the Tesco Group Account Director to deliver commercial initiatives and promotional campaigns that support growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the Booker confectionery account strategy, delivering against sales, revenue and profit targets with full P&L responsibility. This includes margin management, trade terms, promotional investment and budget planning.
• Lead Joint Business Plans, forecasting and ensure strong collaboration with buyers, category managers, supply, E-commerce and internal teams across Trade Marketing, finance, demand planning, marketing and Net Revenue Management.

About You

• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience managing JBPs and P&L.
• FMCG is a must; wholesale experience preferred. You’re confident, results-driven, and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• An engaging, self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable approach with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a global mindset to thrive in Ferrero\’s dynamic environment.
