Who are LLS?
LLS are a firm of solicitors who specialise in statutory lease extensions. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Homehold, who are a valuation and project management company which assist leaseholders with their statutory lease extension or freehold purchase claims. Together with Homehold, we offer an end-to-end enfranchisement service; we do everything from reviewing the title, valuing the property, serving notice, negotiating the premium and completing the conveyancing work, and registering the new lease.
We have a commitment to negotiating fair lease terms for our leaseholder clients. Our consistent five-star rating on Trustpilot and Google demonstrate our focus on offering fantastic customer service – so the client feels that their claim is looked after from start to finish. LLS prides itself on being different from the average law firm. Our key performance indicator is client satisfaction, so we do not time-record and we do not bill our clients based on hourly rates. Instead, we are committed to only taking on a manageable amount of work, which is completed on a fixed-fee basis.
We have a strong focus on work-life balance and our team works remotely with monthly travel to London.
