We operate with a strong product mindset, clear ownership, and tight alignment with Growth, Product, and Revenue teams. This role owns content impact and content execution end-to-end.
We’re looking for an Organic Content Lead to own LearnWorlds’ organic content engine — from strategy to execution. You will be responsible for defining content direction, managing all content operations, and ensuring consistent quality across organic channels. Content only compounds when it’s coherent, high-quality, and aligned with real business needs. This role ensures LearnWorlds’ content engine operates as a single system — not disconnected efforts across teams. You’ll be the owner of content quality, scale, and alignment across the company.
What You’ll Own

- Manage all content operations, including planning, production, editing, publishing, and refreshes
- Ensure content quality, consistency, and performance standards across all organic assets
- Act as the primary content liaison between Organic Marketing and other teams (Product, Growth, Sales, Support)

- Partner with the Organic Growth Lead on search- and LLM-driven content priorities
- Work closely with Automation & AI to scale content production and optimization workflows
- Oversee writers, editors, and contributors (internal and external)

- Proven ability to manage content quality at scale
- Experience aligning content work across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Strong editorial judgment and clear communication skills
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
Nice to Have
- Experience with AEO / LLM-optimized content
- Background in SaaS, PLG, or product education content

- A free LearnWorlds School to build and sell your own courses
- Work in one of the globally top 5 e-learning courses platforms
- An opportunity to grow alongside us and shape the look and feel of tomorrow’s e-learning
