About The Role
We\’re looking for a Junior Campaign Manager to join our fast-growing Marketing team at LearnWorlds. In this role, you\’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth and high-quality execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will support senior marketing team members in launching and managing campaigns that drive demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion across digital channels.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that requires strong project coordination and copywriting skills, curiosity to learn, and a collaborative spirit. You\’ll be at the operational heart of our campaigns—coordinating assets, managing timelines, preparing short-form marketing copy, and ensuring proper process adherence through our internal tools (Slack, Asana, Zoom, etc.).
You\’ll be joining a cross-functional Marketing Tribe that includes Senior Growth Marketing Managers, a Content Manager and the Tribe\’s Head—all focused on building and executing full-funnel marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Setup
- Support the planning and launch of campaigns across paid, email, and social channels
- Coordinate development of assets and messaging with internal teams (Brand, Demand Gen, Design, Dev, MarkOps)
- Execute timely and structured campaign launch coordination using platforms like Slack, Asana, Zoom, etc
Short-Form Copywriting
- Write or adapt short-form copy for digital ads, landing pages, email headers, CTAs, and social media promotions
- Align messaging with the ICP and campaign concept provided by senior team members
- Collaborate with the Content Manager and Brand team to ensure tone of voice consistency and copy quality
- Proofread and review copy across all campaign materials before launch
Project Management
- Maintain Asana boards and campaign timelines to ensure projects move forward on schedule
- Secure and document team alignments through Slack, brief templates, and check-ins
Launch Execution
- Handle logistics for webinars and virtual events (Zoom setup, speaker coordination, live-day management)
- Assist in campaign launches (UTMs setup, briefs creation, Asana task tracking)
Performance Support
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing Managers to monitor campaign KPIs and performance
- Coordinate reporting tasks and optimization action points
Process Excellence
- Follow structured processes to ensure consistent and high-quality execution
- Maintain internal documentation for repeatable campaign processes and templates
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a marketing coordination, campaign support, or similar role
- Some experience or demonstrated ability to write engaging, concise copy for digital ads, landing pages, emails, and social posts
- Comfortable using task management tools (e.g., Asana), communication tools (e.g., Slack), and basic analytics/reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and develop campaign marketing and copywriting skills in a collaborative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, digital learning, or e-learning industries
- Familiarity with campaign platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Hands-on involvement in executing webinars, paid social campaigns, or email marketing flows.
