But at the beginning, it is going to require deep dedication and a willingness to learn.
However, the payoff is massive. Once it’s fully up and running, this system reliably brings in £4k–£5k profit / month working roughly 25-30 hours a week. And with the foundation I am giving you, you will be able to scale well beyond.

- You are highly experienced with the GCSE Spanish AQA & Edexcel boards and know exactly what it takes to get students top grades.
- You genuinely enjoy talking with parents, supporting students, and teaching Spanish.
- You are looking for a challenge and want to grow outside of just teaching.
- You are tech-savvy (or at least highly comfortable figuring out new platforms).
- You are a natural leader, confident in mentoring and managing other tutors (or learning how to) - you cannot do all the teaching yourself as you scale!
- You have the mental bandwidth, physical capacity, and hunger to dedicate time and energy to making this a success (around 20 hours a week minimum).
- You are willing to learn. To shift your mindset. To be a beginner. To do things differently than you have so far.
