The business has been operating successfully for over 10 years and is currently run by a solo billing recruitment consultant who, for personal reasons, is now looking to step away from the industry. As a result, there is an opportunity to transition ownership under flexible terms, with no upfront investment required.
What You’ll Take Over
- Established international client relationships and signed terms of business
- Live roles and repeat hiring mandates
- A substantial, well‑built client and candidate database
- A recognised international brand and online presence generating inbound leads
- Full infrastructure, systems, and operational setup
- Access to the founder’s industry relationships and network
In short, you skip the hardest part of going solo — the first 6‑12 months of rebuilding pipeline, credibility, and momentum.
Ownership Structure
- You take full responsibility for running the business day‑to‑day
- You retain the majority of what you bill
- You build equity over time
- There is a clear pathway to full ownership
The founder is looking to step back from day‑to‑day involvement, so this is a genuine and relatively quick, supported transition and operational handover to the right person.
Candidate Profile
This will suit a recruitment and/or executive search consultant already billing consistently who wants to build something of their own, but from a significantly stronger starting point.
Relevant industry recruitment experience is likely to be within financial markets, investment management, wealth management, financial services, fintech, or financial technology.
