We are seeking experienced senior facilitators and consultants to deliver a high-impact leadership programme focused on governance, risk, ethics and professional judgement in the age of Generative AI. This is not a technical AI training role. While Generative AI provides the context, the programme is firmly rooted in leadership behaviour, accountability, risk ownership and professional standards within regulated, reputation-sensitive environments.

Leading GenAI programme supports Directors, Partners and Board-level leaders as they navigate the leadership and governance challenges arising from GenAI adoption—often where formal guidance exists, but judgement must be exercised, owned and defended. Participants are commercially astute, highly experienced, and time-poor. They expect facilitation that is credible, pragmatic, well-prepared and grounded in lived leadership experience.

As a Senior Facilitator, you will:

  • Lead Director- and Partner-level discussions on GenAI risk, ethics, trust and accountability
  • Facilitate robust, challenging conversations while maintaining senior framing and authority
  • Anchor discussion in governance, escalation, quality and professional standards, rather than tools or hype
  • Translate frameworks and guidance into practical leadership judgement, not technical instruction
  • Operate confidently across businesses with fragmented AI maturity, keeping all leaders engaged
  • Maintain pace, ambition and senior altitude throughout delivery

You are a highly credible senior facilitator who:

  • Has operated within or closely alongside professional services partnerships or equivalent risk-bearing leadership models
  • Brings strong grounding in leadership, governance, risk, ethics and professional standards
  • Is comfortable managing challenge, scepticism and divergent views without losing authority
  • Understands how Generative AI is reshaping quality, oversight and delivery models, particularly where accountability remains with senior leaders
  • Relies on judgement, presence and situational fluency, not credentials or presentation alone

Engagement Model: Independent consultant / associate facilitator. Ad-hoc delivery based on programme demand. Work collaboratively as a trusted senior facilitator with our programme team and clients.
