Overview
As a Marketing Operations Specialist at LTG, you’ll support MCAE-driven campaigns for multiple global brands within an internal marketing agency setup. You’ll manage backend marketing automation, data hygiene, and performance reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role blends speed and learning in a dynamic, agile environment, offering opportunities to shape MarTech usage and drive demand generation. You’ll join a curious, fast-paced team that values experimentation and cross-brand impact.
Responsibilities
- Manage backend marketing automation (lists, forms, automated workflows, HTML email, drip programs) in MCAE
- Collaborate with MCAE, Salesforce, Zapier, Google Tag Manager, Stripo; leverage AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Lovable)
- Maintain data hygiene and update the database with accuracy
- Create marketing reports and dashboards to measure demand generation impact
- Support in demand generation activities (third-party list uploads)
- Advise on maximizing MarTech tools for brand teams
- Monitor data integrity and fill in missing information
- Connect systems using integration/middleware tools
- Assist in evaluating adoption of new MarTech platforms
- Investigate and support integration across tools
- Provide ongoing support and guidance across the MarTech stack
Key requirements
- At least 2 years in marketing operations
- Experience in B2B marketing automation
- Experience with MCAE/Pardot, HubSpot or Marketo; MCAE experience bonus
- Basic HTML and email template understanding
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in a busy marketing team
