We are looking for a Group Legal Counsel to join our team, based remotely in the US or the UK. Working alongside an international team of in‑house lawyers and paralegals, you will work on a range of legal matters for our group companies. This is a challenging but at the same time very interesting role, as the global and diverse nature of our group will require cross border contracting and an understanding of the law in multiple jurisdictions. The salary will be dependent on experience, with a good benefits package.

What you’ll be doing everyday:

  • Drafting, negotiating and closing complex (buyer and vendor) commercial agreements, including Software‑as‑a‑Service Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, Data Protection Agreements, Content Licensing Agreements, Professional Services Agreements and Partner Agreements.

The different risk profiles of our various businesses require a good business understanding and solid judgement.

About you:

  • Solid expertise and knowledge in the enterprise software space and related legal frameworks and risks.
  • A good understanding of global privacy laws is an advantage.
  • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in cross‑border commercial contracting.
  • Experience in using AI drafting tools.
