Team & Position Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Team as an Associate Trade Marketing Manager. This role bridges marketing and sales by ensuring brand visibility, driving sell-through, and delivering impactful in-store and e-commerce experiences. The ideal candidate combines commercial awareness with strong executional capabilities and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
What you’ll do day to day (responsibilities):
- Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and optimisation of trade marketing plans in line with brand and sales strategy.
- The role will be heavily focused on our international expansion and supporting international trade partners.
- Develop and execute trade marketing campaigns with our retail and education partners, including both bricks and mortar stores and e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with sales teams and retail partners to implement marketing initiatives tailored to different trade channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure merchandising compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts regularly.
- Support key customers with trade events to drive awareness of LR products.
- Track campaign performance, gather market intelligence, and compile trade feedback to support continuous improvement and decision-making.
- Work closely with the Brand, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align execution with business goals and timelines.
- Participate in regular customer meetings, developing and delivering compelling presentation decks tailored to diverse internal and external stakeholders.

- Execution of Trade Marketing Plans - Support the implementation of trade marketing initiatives in line with brand and sales strategy with 100% of planned initiatives executed on time.
- Retail Visibility & Merchandising - Ensure consistent and high-quality in-store visibility across key retail channels to achieve international sales targets.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting - Delivery of quarterly report to track trade trends, competitor activities, and promotional outcomes.
- Budget Management - Oversee and optimise budget allocation for all trade-related initiatives across designated customer accounts.
