Your Mission
As an Amazon Growth Lead, your primary goal is to drive incremental revenue growth and expand our brand’s presence within your territories. You will achieve this by crafting compelling, high-converting copy that maximizes search visibility, creating strategic promotional campaigns, and executing new product launches to create our future bestsellers. Using data-driven insights, you will continuously optimize our performance, identify the next big opportunities, and with the support of our Growth Manager and Head of Department, elevate our brand to the next level on Amazon.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute data-backed strategies to accelerate revenue growth across Amazon marketplaces.
- Amazon SEO & Content Optimization: Write engaging, keyword-optimized product listings and collaborate with our marketing team to create eye-catching enhanced brand content to improve organic search rankings and conversion rates.
- Product Launches: Provide initial new product forecasts, collaborate with our marketing team on go-to-market strategies for new product launches, execute these plans on Amazon, including raising initial stock orders and ensuring they gain traction and become future bestsellers.
- Amazon Vine Program Management: Manage product enrollments to ensure both new and existing items receive high-quality reviews, maximizing program effectiveness and brand credibility.
- Promotional Strategy & Execution: Strategize and implement high-impact promotions during Amazon Tier 1 events such as Prime Day and Black Friday to maximize visibility and sales.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance data metrics, customer behavior, and competitor trends to identify untapped opportunities and refine strategies.
- Advertising Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house Advertising Manager to maximize product visibility and campaign effectiveness.
- Competitor & Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and leverage insights to enhance our positioning.
- Amazon Trends & Vendor Landscape Monitoring: Stay informed on the latest Amazon updates, industry trends, and vendor policies to identify opportunities and ensure the business stays at the forefront of new developments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Demand Planning, Amazon Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure optimal inventory availability, effective promotional alignment, and strategic product positioning to maximize sales and shopper engagement.
- Amazon Account Health: Proactively address ad-hoc issues, manage case resolutions, and collaborate with the Amazon Growth Manager to minimize sales disruptions and maintain a strong account standing.
