About the role

We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded Sales Enablement Lead to architect and scale our sales enablement strategy across our global Go-To-Market (GTM) organisation. In this senior individual contributor role, you will be responsible for ensuring our international sales teams have the advanced knowledge, content, processes, and training required to perform at an elite level and achieve global revenue targets. You will independently identify macro enablement opportunities, build scalable global frameworks, and drive measurable, long-term improvements in sales velocity and effectiveness across multiple regions.

What you will be doing

  • Strategic Global Alignment: Align regional enablement initiatives into a cohesive global strategy, ensuring consistent execution of GTM objectives across diverse geographic sales teams.
  • End-to-End Program Ownership: Design, launch, and continuously optimize high-impact enablement initiatives globally. You will own the full program lifecycle from high-level needs analysis and curriculum design to global rollouts, adoption tracking, and ROI measurement.
  • Global Sales Onboarding Architecture: Elevate and standardise our global sales onboarding experience, ensuring new hires across all regions achieve productivity milestones and ramp effectively within their first 90 days.
  • Advanced Content & Knowledge Governance: Architect and maintain a scalable global enablement ecosystem, defining content governance, managing localized knowledge repositories, and ensuring teams can access relevant information instantly.
  • High-Impact Facilitation & Delivery: Deliver sophisticated training sessions, advanced workshops, and elite enablement programs tailored to varying levels of sales seniority.
  • Certification & Execution Frameworks: Build robust global certification programs and assessments to validate competencies, reinforce advanced sales methodology execution, and maintain a high standard of quality worldwide.
  • Cross-Functional & SME Leadership: Act as a critical business partner to Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Product teams, transforming complex product roadmaps and market insights into highly effective revenue-generating behaviours.

Who we are looking for:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience: Substantial experience leading Sales/Revenue Enablement or Sales Training. Experience within the HR technology (HR Tech) sector is highly desirable.
  • Global Program Management: Demonstrated success designing, launching, and managing large-scale enablement initiatives from scratch, with the ability to balance multiple complex global projects simultaneously.
  • Methodology & Tech Stack Expertise: Deep familiarity with world-class sales methodologies. Advanced proficiency in leveraging modern Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Sales Enablement platforms.
  • AI Adoption & Efficiency: A forward-thinking approach to enablement, with proven experience leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate program development, content curation, and delivery efficiency.
  • Presence & Communication: Exceptional communicator and facilitator capable of commanding a room, engaging senior sales leaders, and building credibility across the global GTM organisation.
  • Strong Influencer: A master relationship builder and matrix-manager who can align diverse stakeholders, navigate cultural nuances across global regions, and drive behavioural change without direct line management authority.
