About the role: Working in a lively and busy content production team, you will help develop solutions for multiple online and blended learning projects from start to finish - including catalogue and bespoke work. Confidently working with clients across a range of content types, subject areas and authoring tools, you will lead kick-off, project planning and customer communications on content projects.
The perfect candidate is a project manager with content experience, a creative mindset and a focus on managing client relationships in a way that inspires confidence.

What you will be doing:
- Work within Learning Pool’s content ‘pods’ to coordinate projects with our Producers, Learning Designers and Developers.
- Manage multiple projects from kick off through to delivery being the main point of contact for the client.
- Day to day management of projects using delivery processes to ensure consistent high quality, timely delivery and correct use of budget.
- Creating and adapting project plans.
- Recording project status to inform customers and colleagues about progress.
- Set up and participate in customer kick off meetings and content workshops.
- Recognising risk to the agreed delivery to the customer, raising any concerns to minimise impact.
- Ensure that customer concerns are addressed and escalated where appropriate.
- Advise clients on the impact of project decisions (with support from experts within the ‘pod’).

- Industry experience: You will have strong experience in Project Management or equivalent role, ideally within a content production, digital learning, or educational environment.
- Multitasking ability: You will be able to juggle multiple projects at once, working to tight deadlines and maintaining high standards throughout.
- Collaborative mindset: You will demonstrate a positive, professional and open-minded attitude towards colleagues, clients and ways of working.
- Passion for learning: You will show enthusiasm for learning content/experiences, learning technology and media trends.
- Communication skills: You will be a confident and proactive communicator, prepared to solve problems and build client trust.
- Adaptability under pressure: You will have the ability to stay calm under pressure and flex to client requirements – particularly in more Agile working practices.
- Organisational skills: You will possess excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Project tools experience: You will have experience of project management governance tools for creating project plans and managing workflows.
- Time zone flexibility: You will have the flexibility to work with clients operating in the US time zone.
