To do this we work with a range of companies and education partners, and schools to deliver our Employability Programme: made up of Events, Application Clinics, One-to-One Support, and Work Experience opportunities.
Our aim is for every young person in the UK to know the range of options they have once they leave school, unlock their true potential, and ultimately find a valuable place in society.
About The Role
This is a great role which we’ve specifically created for one of our brilliant programme participants. If you’re interested in developing skills in project management, delivery and team support this could be the right role for you!
You will be working with our dynamic passionate team contributing towards a positive impact in supporting young people to understand their future options. You will be working closely with our Marketing, Sales & Delivery Teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting Delivery Sub Teams with project tasks related to Employer Accounts, including, but not limited to: data collection and analysis, report creation, social media creation, phone calls to key stakeholders (students and teachers) to collect information.
- Supporting our Head of Employer Partnerships with sales admin and data.
- Clear management of own calendar – this role will involve prioritisation of tasks based on upcoming Client meetings and events.
- Responsible for collection of data to support in the creation of project reports, including quantitative and qualitative data.
- Responsible for supporting the design of project reports, to then be shared with Clients.
- Responsible for management of shared inboxes per a team rota, including student, parent, & teacher queries relating to projects.
- Contribute to our Student Support function – to help young people with apprenticeship applications and to gather feedback from project events.

- A self-starter able to use initiative; (our team is motivated to make impact, every day).
- Proficient in use of Microsoft 365 including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook.

Qualifications achieved: Level 3 Business Apprenticeship (80% working, 20% learning)
Location of Role: Hybrid role – 2 days in office (London Pimlico location)
