We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in finance within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Role available immediately for the right candidate. The role is based in Hove near Brighton and you are required to be in the office 4 out of 5 days of the week. You must live within a commutable distance to our Hove office.

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly Receipt Allocation
  • Accounts Payable Invoice Processing
  • Maintaining the accounts inbox
  • Assisting with Month end payment runs (multi-currency)
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliations
  • Monitoring and processing employee expenses
  • General Finance support as required
  • Supporting the Sales and credit control function

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience using CRM systems and accounting software (Desirable)
  • Previous experience in a similar finance role or have strong administrative experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong Excel skills
