Location: The role is based in Hove near Brighton and you are required to be in the office 4 out of 5 days of the week. You must live within a commutable distance to our Hove office.

The Role:
- Manage the aged debt book across all regions
- Maintain aged debt at appropriate levels
- Actively reduce default rate
- Contact customers by telephone and email to chase payment for invoices
- Liaise between customers and third party finance providers to provide excellent service
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure they are reconciled in a timely fashion
- Cash allocation
- Deal with internal and external queries
- Daily payment run
- Adhoc duties as required
Skill Range:
- Experience in credit control is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Good mathematical and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
We’re looking for a full-time credit controller who is a confident self-starter with a positive can-do attitude, ready to learn, develop, and dive into this role. You will be well versed in consumer credit control practice and processes, with excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
