Job Summary
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Graphic & Digital Designer to take the lead on all things visual from email design and video editing to CRO and brand consistency. You’ll work closely with marketing, content, product, and career services teams to create on-brand assets that drive engagement, performance, and global brand awareness.
This role is perfect for a creative with strong technical skills and a performance mindset, someone who wants to take ownership of design while playing a key part in a collaborative, fast-moving marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage visual assets across web, social, email, ads, events, and internal comms
- Design and build email templates focused on performance and engagement
- Contribute to CRO initiatives, designing and testing elements to optimise landing page conversions
- Produce short-form video and motion graphics for social and marketing campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs and help evolve our global design identity
- Work closely with teams across the business (marketing, content, product, sales, career services) to support multi-channel campaigns and student touchpoints
- Understand and apply design that enhances global brand awareness across regions
- Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies — and bring fresh thinking to the table
- Build a scalable design system and maintain an organised, up-to-date asset library
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in digital/graphic design (agency or in-house)
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva – After Effects or Premiere Pro a big bonus)
- Experience editing HTML and CSS
- Experience designing and building high-performing email templates
- Solid understanding of CRO, UX, and digital performance principles
- Strong video editing and motion design capabilities for digital content; excellent eye for layout, typography, and brand storytelling
- Confident collaborating across departments and managing your own workflow
- A strong grasp of how visual design contributes to building global brand awareness
- Self-starter attitude, proactive, creative, and results-driven
- Any other marketing skills (like understanding SEO concepts) will be a bonus
