Are you organised, approachable, and passionate about making a difference every day? We are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to become a key part of our school.

As part of our busy administration team, you will be at the centre of school life - helping staff, supporting students and creating a warm and professional welcome for families and visitors.

Our school office operates across two dedicated reception areas, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to rotate between Student Reception and Visitor Reception, gaining a broad understanding of school operations and building strong relationships across our community.

At Visitor Reception, you will be the first friendly face guests meet - welcoming parents, visitors, governors and professionals, managing enquiries, coordinating sign-in procedures ensuring compliance with our safeguarding requirements and ensuring all receive a positive and professional experience.
