Learning Partners Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Progress Mentor (medical needs) to join George Abbot School in Guildford. The role involves planning and delivering targeted interventions for students with medical and related needs, in a supportive, inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the SEND and Inclusion Team to provide practical help for students with communication, cognition and learning needs, autism, behavioural and physical challenges, or personal needs.
