You will lead a team of three full-time site staff and work closely with the Headteacher and Finance team to maintain a safe, well-managed environment for students.
You will develop, implement and review estates maintenance plans, manage capital projects and contractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and promote a fit-for-purpose school environment.
