The role of Cover Supervisor is a rewarding and important one. In line with Teacher Professional Standards, the successful applicant will work closely with the Cover Manager in delivery of cover lessons to ensure the teaching and learning of students will not be detrimentally affected by a staff absence. You will supervise classes and have the opportunity to develop significant skills to equip you for a smooth route into teaching, if desired. You should be a confident and clear communicator and have a commitment to inclusive education.
