Are you an experienced finance professional looking to make a meaningful difference in education? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join the team at Loseley Fields Primary School, part of the Learning Partners Academy Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-quality finance service that supports strong financial management and excellent educational outcomes.
As the Finance Manager, you will be the key financial contact for the school, ensuring financial operations are accurate, efficient and fully compliant with Trust and statutory requirements.
The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day financial operations of the school, including budgeting, reporting, compliance and financial planning. Working closely with the Headteacher and Hub Head of Finance, you will provide clear financial insight and guidance to support decision-making and ensure effective use of resources. You will also line manage the Finance Officer, supporting their development and maintaining high standards of transactional finance services.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in financial management or senior accounting roles
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Confident working with senior leaders and non-finance colleagues
- Highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented
