Class Teacher with SENDCo responsibility - Lantern Academy

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and motivated Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENDCo) to join our forward-thinking team. You will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the provision for SEND pupils, ensuring that every child receives the tailored support they need to succeed and excel.

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and compassionate leader who:

• Is dedicated to ensuring inclusive, high-quality teaching for all pupils.

• Can effectively coordinate SEND provision, supporting pupils, families, and staff.

• Has the drive and expertise to identify barriers to learning and implement strategies to close gaps.

• Will champion the progress, engagement, and wellbeing of SEND pupils.
