Role responsibilities:

  • Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing the children's achievements and latest adventures
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happens seamlessly
  • Support your center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals as a team

Qualifications:

  • ECT Qualified
  • CPR and First Aid preferred
  • Demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP)
  • 1 Year of Professional teaching preferred
  • Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
