What You’ll Do:

  • Engage children and young adults in fun and meaningful activities (e.g. storytelling, dance, music, arts & crafts, sports, and community trips).
  • Provide person‑centred support, ensuring every child has the best experience.
  • Support children with self‑care and communication needs.

  • Plan and deliver inclusive 1:1 and group activities.
  • Record progress and incidents on our electronic systems.
  • Promote positive relationships and reduce stress triggers.
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and food safety policies.
  • Contribute to Ofsted readiness and service quality.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • We welcome applications from all backgrounds – our team is inclusive and diverse.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children or young adults in childcare, education, youth work, or a similar field.
  • Experience supporting children with SEND.
  • A strong understanding of person‑centred approaches, inclusive practice, and child development.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work with families, colleagues, and professionals.
  • Confident using IT systems to record plans, incidents, and updates.
  • A full UK driving licence is a plus. We are looking for people who can drive our minibus to support trips and activities.
