Learning Curves Montessori Lincoln is looking for a nurturing, caring team member to join our Zabeel classroom! Our Zabeel room is licensed for 26 children - 10 under 2's, and 16 over 2's. We have 5 kaiako in this space.

We are looking for a person who:

  • Is genuinely passionate about their role and endeavours to make a difference in children’s lives.
  • A team player who is collaborative, flexible and involved in decision making.
  • Turns goals into actions and has a commitment to their professional growth.
  • Has experience in effective programme planning, assessment and evaluations.
  • Understands and weaves our bicultural document, Te Whariki, through their relationships, planning and curriculum.
  • Is familiar with and advocates for the aspects within the RIE philosophy.
  • Advocates for freedom of movement and the freedom for children to achieve.
  • Constantly strives for improvement and excellence as a centre and learning environment.
  • Teaches with their heart and soul.
