Learning Curve Group is a growing company that has recently acquired MPCT, bringing military academies to a total of 34 across England and Wales. We offer training in vocational qualifications, employability skills and help learners prepare for rewarding careers in the British Armed Forces.
Responsibilities
- Support learners across both provisions on in‑school and centre‑based delivery.
- Deliver high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment across a range of level 2 qualifications.
- Lead KS4 delivery, blending academic teaching with military‑style fitness, and replicate at KS2 and KS3 levels.
- Develop innovative, planned, engaging lessons that motivate learners and challenge them to reach their best.
- Act as a positive role model and example of a healthy lifestyle.
- Coordinate communication with schools, parents, and partners, providing regular feedback.
- Maintain safeguarding, prevent, and health and safety policies; act as safeguarding lead.
- Achieve a 95% attainment rate for learners and maintain accurate progression records.
- Provide fun, engaging, differentiated physical training for all abilities.
- Attend parent evenings, options evenings, and other school events as required.
- Attend to travel as necessary and hold a full UK licence.
- Cooperate with the company values and expected behaviours, promote equal opportunities and diversity.
- Complete mandatory training and ongoing coaching and mentoring of learners.
Qualifications
